Literally in a cliff top location with the coastal footpath running along the side of the garden, this stunningly presented studio sits above a dramatic beach with sand and surf from mid to low tide between Bude and Widemouth Bay.

Occupying a dramatic location just to the south of Bude and to the north of Widemouth Bay, Headland Studio is an annex adjoining the owner's house in this amazing cliff top position. The property has direct access to the coastal footpath from the garden and a nearby cliff footpath leads down to Upton beach. Upton beach is a shingle beach under the cliff with a multitude of rocks with rock pools to explore as the tide drops down and then from mid to low tide a sandy section is exposed. The beach does not have a lifeguard but it is fabulous for surfing in the right conditions. If you prefer a lifeguard beach, Widemouth Bay or Summerleaze Beach in Bude are both nearby sandy beaches. The coastal footpath is absolutely spectacular in this part of Cornwall and the cliffs south towards Crackington Haven from Widemouth Bay are as dramatic as anything else found in Cornwall.
