Sanderlings is well-equipped and spacious, with the most wonderful south facing garden, fully enclosed so children and dogs can play safely. The Conservatory on the back of the house has an open plan sunny aspect, making the most of the garden and views. The sitting room has comfy sofas for watching TV (includes Sky) or reading a book. There a three bedrooms - a king-size, a 4' small double and a twin room, plus two bathrooms, perfect flexibility for a varietly of family and friends. With ample off-road parking and space to store bikes and canoes, one well-behaved dog is also welcome, a real family escape.
A property with such generoous outdoor space, set back from the main road in Burnham Market is a rare find. The picturesque village green is a five minute walk away, where you will find an excellent selection of shops, galleries and eateries to browse. And you are just a few minutes drive from the wonderful Brancaster beach.

One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). The garden is fully enclosed, but the end fence is only around 3' high which some dogs could jump if so inclined. There is an outside tap and hose.
