Pebbles is set at the top of Gong Lane in the pretty and highly sought after village of Burnham Overy Staithe, popular with the sailing fraternity, bird watchers and walkers. Tastefully furnished, comfortable and well-equipped, this is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline as well as nearby inland delights such as Holkham Hall, with its stunning parkland and Palladian style house, and the popular chi-chi village of Burnham Market, both only two miles inland.
A brick and flint dormer bungalow, Pebbles has an easy, relaxing home-from-home feel with living areas that flow seemlessly into one another. Step inside the front door and you are welcomed by a wide tiled hallway leading down to a lovely light-filled dual aspect sitting room with french doors opening to the garden, a wood burning stove to light when the nights draw in and an adjoining dining room. A smart fitted kitchen with windows overlooking the south facing garden connects to a utility room with a useful second sink, laundry facilities and enough space for coats, boots and dogs to dry. Completing the ground floor are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a separate shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both twins, which can sleep six in total (the trundles option in the larger room are available as an optional extra - please request on booking) and a third bathroom.
Outside, the rear private garden catches the sun around the day, and is just the spot to unwind on a warm summer afternoon, while leaving children and dogs to safely play. Or open a bottle of local wine and catch up with family and friends after a day out exploring and enjoying the many joys of North Norfolk.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
The trundle beds can be booked as an optional extra for £60. If required, please add at the point of booking.
