The cottage has a double bedroom, a room with adult bunks, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, secure storage for cycles and watersports equipment and a fully-enclosed pebble garden to the front and rear with furniture. The Sand Dunes is a wonderful property and ideal for a seaside holiday.
