Step inside 2 Four Seasons and take in the stylish and contemporary setting. The living area is open-plan and, with the large bay window overlooking the terrace, you can open the doors and take in the elements in summer or cosy up on the comfortable sofas with a good book, in winter. The sitting-area is furnished with flair and houses a large Smart television, MP3 docking station; the high-gloss kitchen is extremely well equipped and, with all mod cons, you can cook up a meal using local produce from nearby St Ives or one of the many the farmer’s markets in the area, for friends and family alike.
Along the corridor, the two beautifully presented bedrooms both have televisions, storage space, comfortable beds and luxury linens with the twin bedroom also boasting access to a private outside terrace. The modern bathroom, also in this area of the apartment, houses a double ended bath with an overhead rainfall shower and shower head.
Outside, the terrace to the front of the property, has comfortable garden furniture making it just right for alfresco dining. The private courtyard, at the rear with outdoor access, is great for storing beach equipment.
Wander down the steep hill to beautiful Carbis Bay beach with its white sand and azure blue sea, beach bars and Spa for a day at the seaside; alternatively walk down the hill to the station and hop on the little train which meanders along the coast, to and from St Ives in just minutes. If you would prefer a good amble along the coastal path, this really is a perfect location as St Ives is just a 25-minute walk away, what more could you ask for?
