2 The Square is a wonderful, Grade II listed cottage in the village of Chacewater, five miles from Truro in Cornwall. The cottage was once a mine captain's cottage, with three bedrooms including two double rooms, a twin bedroom and also a family bathroom with a roll-top bath. There is a kitchen with Cornish slate flooring and a sitting room and dining room, both with woodburners set in old stone fireplaces. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, plus roadside parking available outside and parking available in a free car park nearby, as well as a lawned garden and a patio with furniture where you can sit and soak up the sunshine. With miles of coastline on the north and south of Cornwall within easy reach, as well as the entirety of Cornwall’s stunning unspoilt countryside, 2 The Square is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring this historic, rugged county.
There is wifi or internet access available at 2 The Square in Chacewater. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 2 The Square's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk: please check opening hours with pub as not standard. Note: There are 5 steps in the garden. Note: The cottage dates from the 18th century and has a number of low beams, low doorways, some uneven flooring and original cottage stairs, may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
