5 Beachdown is a stunning contemporary house in a gated development of 12 just 150 yards from the lovely sandy beach in Challaborough. The house sleeps eight people in four ground floor bedrooms, two double (one with en suite shower room) and two twin (one with optional additional single and the other can convert to double), plus a family bathroom. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a sunny terrace with table and chairs and steps up to a roof garden with sun loungers, as well as parking for three cars. 5 Beachdown is in the perfect position for a fabulous seaside break in South Devon.
There is wifi or internet access available at 5 Beachdown in Challaborough. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 5 Beachdown's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
