Sweet Briar Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion, situated one mile from the village of Coltishall in Norfolk. This cottage sleeps six people in one double bedroom. one twin and a sofa bed, and also has a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with patio, unfenced pond (outside the walled and gated garden) and furniture. Sweet Briar Barn is an ideal retreat for a family who wish to explore the Broads, Norwich and many other wonderful places in the county.
There is wifi or internet access available at Sweet Briar Barn in Coltishall. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.

Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property situated outside the walled and gated garden. Note: No stag or hen parties. There will be some building work at the property next door between 5th and 14th July 2019
