Merrick is a detached lodge situated on a holiday park, two miles from the village of Colvend, near Dalbeattie on Scotland's Solway Coast. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with TV, en-suite shower and a balcony, a double with a shower in the room and an en-suite basin and WC, and a ground floor zip/link twin, along with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a communal lawned area and access to a fishing loch. A delightful lodge with many walks and cycle routes in the area.
There is wifi or internet access available at Merrick in Colvend. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Merrick's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Merrick. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
