Herbrand House is a cosy welcoming annexe to the owner's home, with direct access to the shingle beach in Cooden Beach near Bexhill-on-Sea. The cottage is single storey, with a family room with king-size double bed and a single bed, and an adjacent shower room. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a patio with furniture as well as use of a designated area of the owner's garden, including steps down to the shingle beach. Herbrand House offers easy access to walking, the coast, train trips to London, or touring throughout Sussex and Kent.
There is wifi or internet access available at Herbrand House in Cooden Beach. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Herbrand House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, station and hotel 3 mins walk. Note: Children aged 12 years and over only. Note: Care must be taken when using the steps onto the beach.
