Rubicon Retreat is a lovely property situated in the village of Cressbrook and is set on a Victorian estate. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. OUtside there is a private.

On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Rubicon Retreat's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Rubicon Retreat. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Note: There are steps down to the sitting area and the property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: River and pond easily accessible, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Breakfast can be ordered from the main Hall at an extra charge. Note: Fishing day tickets can be purchased ? please ask the owner for more details.
