Blackgate is a comfortable, spacious family house set within its own well-established garden with ample parking, only 5-10 minutes’ walk from the centre of the historic and picturesque town of Dartmouth. The property accommodates eight people in three bedrooms (one master suite with super king-size bed or twin beds, plus shower in bedroom, one room with a double bed and one room with two bunk beds), plus a family bathroom. There is also a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. Outside there is a balcony and steps down to a well-established garden with garden furniture, plus parking for 4 cars on the driveway. Blackgate is ideal for two families and is an excellent base for those looking to be close to Dartmouth yet conveniently located for exploring beautiful South Devon.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Blackgate's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Blackgate. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Why waste part of your holiday doing the washing up. Blackgate has a dishwasher installed to save you time, and family arguements, about the washing up. Living room. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room. Cloakroom with w.c and hand basin. Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin and w.c. Well-established garden which contains many pretty shrubs and flowers.

Baby friendly: a highchair, two travel cots and a stairgate are available.
The garage and driveway at the front of Blackgate provide parking for approximately 4 cars or boats. There is also unrestricted parking on the road outside the house.
The property includes gas fired central heating and hot water.
Pets are not accepted and the property is strictly no smoking.
Bed linen and towels are supplied (excluding beach towels).
