The cottage also has a second floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a ground floor hallway. Parking is available in a public car park a five minute walk away. Old Mariners House is a wonderful Devon base.

Public car park 5 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pubs and harbour 5 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via an alleyway with steep, narrow steps. Note: Steep winding stairs throughout, not suitable for elderly guests or people with limited mobility, and children must be supervised. Note: Second floor bedroom is in the eaves and both this bedroom and bathroom have restricted headroom in places.
