The Boathouse is a very well-presented apartment on two levels offering a very high standard of accommodation, with panoramic views over Dartmouth and the River Dart to the open countryside beyond. The property sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one en suite master double, and one bunk bedded room), and has one family room. There is also a superb kitchen/dining room and a utility cupboard. Outside, double French doors open onto the paved terrace, leading to a large decking area, plus there is parking for one car. Situated just a 10-12 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth, this fantastic property is the ideal base for exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Boathouse's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at The Boathouse. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
