Topsail is a well-presented terraced cottage in the town of Dartmouth in Devon. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a second floor double and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The remainder of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a rear decked balcony with furniture and a lower terrace. Set in a conservation area with views across the River Dart, Topsail offers an enjoyable holiday the year-round.
There is wifi or internet access available at Topsail in Dartmouth. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.

Enclosed rear upper decked balcony with furniture and steps down to a lower terrace with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property is set up a very steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to decked balcony and terrace. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm and the check out time is by 11am.
