Converted from the original linhay and stables, Avon Barn provides an ideal base within easy reach of the many sandy South Coast beaches, the boating havens of Salcombe and Dartmouth, the fascinating market town of Totnes famed for its promotion of ethical products and of course the beauty of the Dartmoor National Park, all within a short driving distance. So you can be shopping in Plymouth in no time, picnicking on Dartmoor, swimming at Bantham beach or exploring the historic towns of Totnes and Dartmouth all within half an hour!

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, hanging rail and chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, basin, and WC.
