With flexible downstairs accommodation, 4 De Challon may be an ideal base for anyone with mobility issues, allowing flat access from the parking area and the opportunity to have a sitting room/study on the ground floor, instead of a third bedroom. Moreover, the grounds and versatility of space on offer also make 4 De Challon the perfect choice for a group of friends, a family or indeed a couple to escape to. Located just outside the village of East Allington which is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community.
