This home from home, reverse level barn conversion stands amongst a small group of restored former farm buildings with the picturesque Dartmoor hills in the distance. The property welcomes one small to medium well-behaved dog and boasts a secluded private garden with lovely views, perfect for al fresco dining, whilst the ground-floor bedrooms overlook a pleasant garden courtyard. The characterful scissor-beamed lounge and spacious dining kitchen are extremely well equipped to suit any cooks delight, and French doors open from the kitchen onto a shady terrace. Perfect for couples, friends and families, the location offers endless opportunities for exploration with the waterside market town of Kingsbridge just 5 miles away and the bohemian town of Totnes as well as the sailing centre of Dartmouth both 8 miles away. For lovers of the outdoors there is so much virtually on the doorstep with numerous stretches of sandy beaches and craggy coastal walks to explore, and the vast wild expanse of Dartmoor within each reach by car. The Old Dairy offers a welcoming home and a fantastic base for a holiday at any time of year. From November 2021 onwards the changeover day for this property will be a Thursday (all existing bookings will remain as originally booked).
