This delightful two bedroom ground floor detached property is situated in a small courtyard of three properties within 16 peaceful acres of interesting farmland including paddocks, duck pond, vineyard and tennis court.
3 The Vinery is ideally located for access to the New Forest National Park with open forest suitable for walking, cycling and horse riding just over two miles away. The pretty market towns of Romsey and Salisbury, shopping mecca of Southampton, and historical Stonehenge are all within easy access. Popular award winning Paultons Theme Park incorporating Peppa Pig World is five miles away.
Tastefully and comfortably furnished to a high standard this well-equipped property provides excellent accommodation for couples or families wanting a quiet base from which to explore the area. A warm welcome awaits you and there are several walks around the farm for guests to enjoy. Coarse fishing is available close by at Whinwhistle Lakes and the picturesque Wellow Golf Club is within a few minutes' drive away.

Outside: Enclosed south west facing garden laid to lawn and shrubs with views over the beautiful grounds. Decking from the conservatory includes garden furniture. Access to the beautiful grounds surrounding the farm including the tennis court. Children must be supervised at all times due to the pond.
