Set in the grounds of a 15th Century farmhouse, this newly converted Grade II listed barn has been tastefully and comfortably furnished with a hunters lodge theme. The property boasts real character with vaulted ceilings in the main living room and mezzanine whilst the new contemporary kitchen and bathroom provide a fresh, modern contrast.
Ideally located for access to the New Forest National Park, Romsey, Southampton, Salisbury and Stonehenge, this well-equipped barn comfortably sleeps four and offers two bedrooms, one large, spacious, ground floor bedroom and a charming mezzanine with twin beds, accessed via library ladder. Please note there is low headroom in the mezzanine.
Award winning Paulton's Park and Peppa Pig World is close by along with fishing at Woodington Trout & Whinwhistle Course Fisheries and the picturesque Wellow Golf Club just a few minutes' drive. East Wellow has a strong historical connection with Florence Nightingale as her family home, Embley Park - now a school, situated close by and she was buried in the village churchyard.
