Monks Cottage is a delightful detached bungalow in a rural location, set within the owner�s extensive grounds, within the hamlet of Leaveland, 4.5 miles of the market town of Faversham, Kent. It sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, and there is also a bathroom. The accommodation is completed by a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside there is a decked terrace with furniture and off road parking for one car. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers and cyclists and Faversham�s shops, markets and restaurants are a joy to explore. Canterbury and Dover are within easy reach, as well as London for a great day out, this cosy bungalow is ideal for a restful break of a fun-packed holiday.

Note: There is a �25 refundable deposit for use of the key fob which opens the gates remotely, payable directly to the owner. Note: The electric stove in the sitting room is for decorative purposes only.
