Blyton Cottage is a quality ground floor cottage set in the North Dorset hamlet of Woolland, a short drive away from Blandford Forum. With two twin bedrooms, the property can sleep four guests. There is also a wet room which serves the bedrooms. Completing the interior is the kitchen and sitting room with dining area. Outside the landscaped gardens provide seating and there is also ample off road parking. Guests are welcome to use the indoor heated swimming pool and the recreational room which offers a selection of games and toys. Blyton Cottage promises a heart-warming retreat to this beautiful corner of England.

Oil central heating. Sorry, no pets (only assistance dogs), and no smoking. Note:There will be an electric profiling bed within the property, and additional requests can be made for other preferences around the property such as: a mobile hoist, wheeled shower chair/commode, bed height raisers, raised toilet seat (10cm/4"), high-back chair with arms, cordless TV headset amplifier, electric toothbrush/shaver adaptor, care and support services from a local agency. Note: Pool use: Only open between April-October. A disclosure must be signed before using the splash pool. Only those persons listed on the booking form are allowed to use the pool. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Babies less than 6 months old are not allowed in the pool building. Lone bathing is not permitted.The pool water is kept at a comfortable temperature - circa 30C and is at a constant depth of 1.4 metres (4’-6’’). Only 6 people are allowed in the pool at any time. Handrails are provided at the steps into the pool and there is a grab rail at the water line all around the pool. Slip resistant flooring material has been used throughout the building, however, running is not permitted. A buoyancy aid (ring) is provided in the pool room. Pool hoist:The pool hoist is an Oxford Dipper, supplied by Sunrise Medical. Please bring your own sling. If in doubt about compatibility please contact Sunrise Medical to check – telephone: 0845 605 6688. 1 parking space per property in a covered parking area is provided within a few metres of each cottage. Parking for additional cars is available within the grounds.
