Owlets is a stunning new barn conversion which forms part of a Grade II Listed barn, offering beautiful and stylish living accommodation. Offering spacious open-plan living with oak flooring throughout and a stunning hand-built kitchen with granite work surfaces, it is extremely well equipped and ideal for families and friends who want a relaxing retreat to explore the North Norfolk coast.
Relax in the stylish living area and enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances.
Owlets is dog-friendly with a practical entrance/boot room so perfect for drying off your pooch and removing shoes and coats. There is also a door through to the downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs there are three stylish bedrooms, all with oak flooring and bespoke furniture in keeping with the beautiful exposed beams and features of the barn. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, double bed and wonderful full height windows to the front. The double bedroom to the rear, features a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a full size single bed (3ft) with a separate single futon. There is a separate family bathroom too with bath and shower over.
A fully enclosed west facing courtyard garden is both dog and child-friendly and is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. There is even a beach hut/play house for the children to potter about in and enjoy, or a secure place to store your bikes or your golf clubs after a visit to neighbouring Heacham Manor Golf Club.
