Folly Foot Barn is a detached wheelchair accessible pet-friendly cottage in Hinstock near Market Drayton. The cottage has a double bedroom, a wet room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, and turnout is available for two horses by prior arrangement. Folly Foot Barn makes a peaceful base for enjoying the lovely countryside around the cottage on foot or by bike, or for touring the historic towns, NT houses or pretty villages of the area.

Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome (must be kept on a lead). Two horses welcome (charged from £10 per horse, per night, payable to owner on arrival). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Building works currently in field across from property 900 yards away, some associated noise may possibly be heard at times
