The magnificent private master suite runs the width of the house and has a separate seating area, dressing room and large adjoining bathroom. Downstairs there is a generous-sized farmhouse kitchen with both oil and electric Aga option, a lovely sitting room with log burner and windows overlooking the garden and a cosy snug enjoying views across the fields - an ideal spot for curling up with a good book. Outside the enclosed and private courtyard garden has a covered seating area, a fire pit and a full-sized table tennis table to keep you entertained.
Located just a short walk from the South Gates and rolling parkland, you could take the Long Avenue that sweeps down to the magnificent Holkham Hall. A walker's and cyclist dream where you can relish the fresh air and calm rural living.
