Otter View is an annexe cottage based in a secluded location, near Holsworthy in Devon. The cottage has one king size bedroom and a shower room, it can sleep two people. Also inside you can find a kitchen, a shared utility and a living dining room. To the outside there is a patio area with a picnic bench and forty acres of private land belonging to the owners. Otter View is a great little cottage for walkers to come and enjoy this brilliant area.
There is wifi or internet access available at Otter View in Holsworthy. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Otter View's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Note: Though this property is ground floor, there are 2 steps down into the sitting room.
