This immaculately presented, extremely well-equipped, three bedroom wing of a large country house, set in two acres of enclosed, private garden, is a superb base for a luxury family holiday or getaway for two couples. The versatile, spacious rooms view the stunning large, flat garden. The log burner in the hall warms the adjacent lounge; ideal for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen/diner/TV Lounge is a comfortable focal point for informal get-togethers and a warm welcome awaits you, including all the essentials for a simple pasta supper, bedtime drink and first breakfast. Lots of kiddie equipment available on request. Large garden with a choice of three patios and two barbeques, perfect for al fresco dining, barbecuing, glimpsing the Isle of Wight, watching the wildlife or the children playing cricket/rugby/football on their very own sports pitch - kiddies' heaven! Numerous puzzles, games, books and DVDs allow less strenuous activity. The separate games room provides family entertainment (table tennis, pool, air hockey and darts) before relaxing round the new sunken fire pit to toast marshmallows or watch the stars twinkle. Explore the garden on the go kart or relax in the hammock or numerous garden chairs. The wooden boat, climbing wall and slide will challenge all ages! Should you feel the need to leave this tranquil, secluded spot, the house is only five minutes' drive from the New Forest, beach and village shops and a ten minute drive to Sway railway station with links to London, Bournemouth and Southampton. Walking, cycling, horse-riding, fishing, golf, sailing and other water sports are all nearby.
