A wonderful upside-down cottage in a quiet location, offering spacious accommodation over two floors with views across to the sea. The beach is just around five minutes walk away.
On the first floor there is a wonderful light open-plan sitting room with Juliette balcony, and dining and kitchen areas with views across to the sea. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms; the master 'family room' has french doors onto the enclosed south facing garden, a king-size bed and sofa bed, ideal for up to two children.
Just around a five minute walk to the beach and two minutes to local shops, Ladybird Cottage is a great base for families looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with local beaches and fun places to visit including the popular Sea Life Centre, Fun Fair or you can take a trip to see the seals aboard the Wash Monster! Just a couple of miles along the beach is Old Hunstanton with beautiful sand dunes and a beach which stretches away into the distance. This is a fabulous place for all the family to enjoy.

The stairs from the first floor are open to and lead down to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom accommodation.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
