Waterside is an exceptionally smart, 5* family home with superb views and a private hot tub in the pretty village of Kenn. Sleeping eight in four bedrooms, the house has three king-size double rooms each with an en suite shower room, and a family room with a king-size and sofa beds. There are two open plan living areas, one at each end of the house - the larger of the two has a bespoke kitchen, comfy leather sofas, a wood burning stove and two pairs of sliding doors to the terrace and garden. The second has a smaller, attractive fitted kitchen with breakfast table for two and a large L-shaped sofa. To the front of the house is a large grassy meadow and a pretty stream (unfenced, small children beware). Behind you'll find the private hot tub with a pergola, decked terrace and table and chairs. Waterside is a luxurious family friendly home, ideally placed for beach, moor and city.
There is wifi or internet access available at Waterside in Kenn. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Waterside's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
