It comes with eight bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size with en-suite shower, a double with an en-suite shower, a double with an en-suite shower, two king-size doubles, a ground-floor double, a double and a bunk bedroom, together sleeping up to 16 people. On the first-floor you will find a second-floor bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves and a second-floor games room. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a decked area with a hot tub and furniture. Lower Penygelly is a wonderful base for exploring the Welsh/English border.
