Knott View Barn is a converted barn in a small hamlet located next to Farleton Fell, 6 miles west of Kirkby Lonsdale. The barn sleeps 11 people and has two double bedrooms (1 with a king-sized bed and en-suite), five single bedrooms and four bathrooms across three storeys. Boasting a well-equipped kitchen, two spacious dining rooms and two lounges complete with a Piano, TV and PlayStation 2, this is the ideal property for families and groups. There is also a large enclosed garden with a patio and BBQ for outdoor entertaining, plus private parking. Knott View Barn provides the perfect rural getaway for large families or groups of people at any time of the year.

There is one double room which has a flat screen TV. There are three single rooms which have original Victorian sleigh beds, one of these is en-suite with an electric shower. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Cloakroom and shower room on first floor with WC and hand basin. Two dining rooms, two sitting rooms (one with a wood burning stove), a snug for children and a games room with a full-sized pool table, football table and an activity table.
Oil Central heating. Double oven and electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, utility and drying room, washing machine and tumble dryer. A flat-screen TV with Freeview, WiFi, DVD Player, PlayStation 2, selection of games and a piano. Bed linen and towels. 2 highchairs and a stairgate available on request. Private parking. Garden with patio, BBQ and wooden play area. Sorry, no smoking.
