Badgers Sett is situated within the Helman Tor nature reserve on the owner's working farm, two miles from Lanivet. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms which are a double and a single room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric wood-effect fire. Outside is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden. Badgers Sett is one of four cottages in a stunning location which is just waiting to be explored.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year.
