Sunnywell is a stone cottage located in the village of Lanivet in Cornwall. It provides two bedrooms made up of a king-size with an en-suite and a twin zip/link room, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. To the exterior you will find plenty of off road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio with furniture. Sunnywell is a fabulous, cosy cottage located ideally for touring this wonderful region.
There is wifi or internet access available at Sunnywell in Lanivet. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Sunnywell's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: The spiral staircase is open tread, children to be supervised.
