12 Water's Edge is a stunning wooden clad lodge in Lanreath, Cornwall. The property has stunning contemporary fittings and furnishings, with a light and stylish decor. It has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one double with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin. There is a separate bathroom and WC. Outside there is a private terrace area with a hot tub and furniture provided. Off road parking is available for one car. 12 Water's Edge is the ideal vacation spot for parents and their little ones.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 12 Water's Edge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at 12 Water's Edge. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Private terrace complete with hot tub, table and chairs. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop is 4 miles, restaurant/pub is a 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to the raised balcony's, lakes and open water on site so children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
