Hosting three bedrooms; a king size with en-suite wet room, a double, an adult bunk room and a single bed located on the mezzanine, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will find an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility room and a games room. To the outside is off road parking, a gravelled garden to the rear with a patio. Located in a quiet rural setting but within easy driving distance of both the coast and the moors, The Wagon House is an excellent retreat in a beautiful part of Cornwall.

Enclosed gravelled garden to the rear with patio, barbecue and seating area. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Mezzanine bed is not suitable for young children. In the bunk bed, the top bunk is only suitable to children over 6.
