Woodburner with electric heater in shower room. Combination microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car approx. 100 yards away. Front decked area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 3.5 miles drive or 20 mins walk by footpath. Note: The cottage is set within a sloped site and is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
