The cottage has a four-poster double, a twin and an adult bunks room, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double sofa bed and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed, lawned garden with furniture. Lower Well Barn is a wonderful holiday base in Cornwall.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Shared use of farm grounds. Free fishing in ponds on-site, please bring own equipment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to river and ponds on-site, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Can sleep up to two extra guests on the sofa bed if required.
