Enclosed rear lawned garden with decked area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach and promenade 2 mins walk. Train station 1 mile. Note: Second floor attic twin has sloping eaves with reduced head height.
