Little Mill is a detached cottage, situated on the land surrounding the owner's working farm, in the small village of Manafon near Llanfair Caereinion. The cottage can sleep four people in one double and one twin bedroom on the first floor. The ground floor has an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living area, as well as a ground floor shower room. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a side garden with large summerhouse, hot tub, lawned area and furniture. Little Mill is the perfect retreat for a countryside holiday in a splendid location.

Electric panel heaters. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with FreeSat. Blu-Ray DVD player, DVDs and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Side gravelled garden with lawned area, hot tub, summerhouse and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: There is a stream at the front of the property, children to be supervised. Note: There is an unmade track that leads to the property. Note: During summer months the owner allows touring caravans (max 4) to use the fields surrounding the property. Please note: hot tub will be up to temperature by late evening on the day of arrival as it is changed after each stay.
