On the first floor, at entrance level, you'll find the living area with kitchen with dining area and separate sitting room. From the sitting room is a small side balcony with bistro set for two people and views towards the beach. Outside, there's also two off road parking spaces and amenities very close by. Gwylanedd One offers friends and families a fantastic base for your seaside getaway.

Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom.
