Highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and petrol station 1.2 miles, pub 2.6 miles. Note: Private salmon, trout and grayling fly fishing available on a catch and release basis only at £20 per rod, per week.
