Stylish and well equipped apartment in the eaves of a historic listed building and a great choice for a holiday by the coast with the family or as a couple. The third floor apartment is designed for those who don't mind stairs and is only a stones' throw from countless restaurants, beach cafes, pubs and bars. A great location for a seaside break and only a short walk from the beach and promenade, famous Cobb and harbour. Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby. Lyme Regis' sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location. There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family. Please Note: Apartment is on the third floor and there are 49 stairs. It has low ceilings throughout and has a restricted head height in one place of 6ft 3inches. This property does not take children under 12 years of age.
