The owners of this striking house within the New Forest National Park have created a superior guest flat annexe at one end of their house, located on the first floor with a sunny balcony that offers views of the marina and town. The flat has its own private ground floor entrance and is not overlooked by the owners. With high quality furnishings throughout, only limited cooking facilities restrict this property's star rating to 3½. Step out of the studio and it is a pleasant fifteen minute walk along the river into Lymington town or the marina and less than five minutes walk to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal from where you can catch the train into Lymington Town and then on to the main line station of Brockenhurst. There is also a popular pub and a nine hole golf course nearby.

Small ground floor entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Spacious open plan studio living room with oak flooring, a sofa and coffee tableand flat screen TV in the seating area. KIng size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Sliding patio doors to balcony terrace with garden table and chairs, glass balustrade and views of the marina. Kitchen area with microwave, two ring hob and fridge. (Please note kitchen facilities are not suitable for the preparation of anything other than simple meals.)Large shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
