Cove 1 is a large, comfortable apartment located above the busy Cove Bar and Restaurant, overlooking Maenporth Beach. It's the perfect choice of holiday accommodation for a large family. Less than a minute from the beach, and 10 minutes from the bustling town of Falmouth where you'll find something of interest for everyone in your party. The property also benefits from new partial air-conditioning and sound-proofing. The apartment is on the ground floor, and accessed via the foyer shared with the Penthouse. Once inside you'll see the huge open-plan living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The conservatory is furnished with comfortable wicker chairs where you can relax with your book, bask in the warmth and watch the activity on the beach or the sea in all its moods. The property also benefits from new partial air-conditioning and sound-proofing.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and theres a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, 4 tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a childrens play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. Its a great destination for families or couples all year round.
