The property has three bedrooms (one en suite double, one double and one twin), accommodating up to six people, and also has a family bathroom. The spacious two storey accommodation has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and has a large open-plan kitchen, dining room and cosy sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside is parking for two cars and a wonderful garden. As a secluded rural property, Higher Collaton Cottage is a fabulous base for families and couples, looking to enjoy peace and tranquillity within easy reach of Salcombe.
