Belle View is a modern, south facing, stylish and spacious detached house by National Award winning Baker Estates Limited, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Malborough. Belle View, as the name suggests, benefits from lovely uninterrupted countryside views onto an area of outstanding natural beauty towards Bolt Head, Soar and Bolberry and provides the perfect base for exploring all that the South Hams has to offer. The house itself was designed to maximise the views and southerly aspect, with a large open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and sun room occupying the full width, and with multiple openings onto the enclosed terrace and garden. Upstairs there are three generous bedrooms, two with dual aspect juliette balconies, an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom. Beautifully presented throughout, the property further benefits from downstairs cloakroom, utility room, lockable garden room and parking for 3 cars. Malborough village centre offers a couple of pubs, petrol station, Co-op shop, playground and playing fields, and access to numerous local walking routes and the South West Coast path. A short drive away is the local market town of Kingsbridge, as well as the popular Salcombe, Hope Cove, Thurlestone, Burgh Island and the many fantastic local beaches and golf courses.
There is wifi or internet access available at Belle Vue in Malborough. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
