Perfect for a waterside, romantic break, The Nook is located just a short walk away from the beautiful Malpas Marina and an excellent local pub.
Great news if you just want to get away for a long weekend or short break. The Nook accepts bookings for short breaks. So if you fancy a few days in Cornwall to recharge your batteries then this cottage is well worth consideration.
This charming and romantic one-bedroom cottage is ideally located in beautiful Malpas. The Nook has been furnished and equipped with your relaxation in mind with local art adorning the walls, a comfortable corner sofa, television, DVD/Blu-ray and CD player along with DAB radio. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer plus extra larder fridge and a washing machine. There is a generous king-size bed in the bedroom and a modern shower room with double shower cubicle.
The Malpas Marina is simply stunning with breathtaking river views. From here there are regular boat trips down to Falmouth, the third largest natural harbour in the world. You can also disembark at Trelissick where there is a waterside historic house and garden to explore. The city of Truro is just a couple of miles away with its cathedral, shops and eateries. However, you won’t have to travel far to eat out as the Heron Inn, an excellent pub serving local ale and good food, is just a short walk from your cottage. When you want to stay ‘in’ a barbecue is provided for alfresco dining on the patio garden area.

One small well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Dog bed and bowls are provided.
Cot and highchair available on request. Due to artwork, access and garden The Nook is only suitable for children who are 'babes in arms'.
Please note that there is a flight of 14 stone steps leading from the parking area down to the front door.
