Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off-road parking. Lawn and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 miles which does good food. Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer in cupboard. Note: Property suitable for the elderly and infirm. Note Background heat is provided by an eco-Air Sourded Heat Pump. For extra heat in cold or inclement weather clients should be prepared to use the excellent and very efficient wood-burning stove. Logs are free.
