Sail Boats is just moments from beach and sea at Marazion. A modern bungalow, one of seven other properties on a private development, the property sleeps two people in one bedroom, with separate bathroom and light and airy open plan living area. Enjoy the sounds of the sea from your own patio. There is parking for one car. Separated from the beach by the seawall and beach path leading into the town of Marazion where you will find a fine selection of cafes, restaurants and galleries to browse and soak up the coastal atmosphere.Note: This group of properties are situated 35m from the Penzance to Redruth railway line.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Sail Boats's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at Sail Boats. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
