Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Parking in FOC car park area 50 yards from cottage, plus unrestricted roadside parking opposite. Enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: The second floor room is out of bounds to guests.
